A Short Film About Catting
There was this cat in the alley that had never been there before and seemed keen to be adopted.
It was a small little lostish cat.
But brave.
And like all cats sent from the obscure neon planet X7R2 to enslave us all
But we made him a bed on the roof
Much to the displeasure of the dog
And in the morning he had fucked off again. Oh well.
Really must do some work.

I'm sure s/he'll be back. That bed looks too inviting to be ignored. And anyway s/he's probably just off getting last minute orders vis a vis the enslavery.

Alas, we are catless. Lots of spiders, though. And the cat induced me to clean the window so I could take the roof pic - it's amazing how new things look when you clean them. Thank you, cat.
You are welcome. This is why my people have been sent to earth. We are the alien cat avatars of cleanliness. We encourage good housekeeping through beauty and kindness rather through nagging and hectoring. Which doesn't work and just makes people unhappy and guilty.
